Végola participates in the innovation forum organized by Increa and FOOD + I

The technological center of LA FOMBERA, in Spain, hosted a reflection day on innovation organized by Increa and Food + I.
During the act, the main shifters moving the food european sector were analyzed through three different strategics:
-the development of new products and differential ingredients
-future packaging and new materials
-the most efficient process management
The day ended with a round table in which Végola, Florette, Riberebro and Viscofan shared their experiences with all the assistants.
